1. Scope & Applicability
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all PVC card products (e.g., ID cards, membership cards, gift cards) purchased through our e-commerce website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns
Timeframe

You may request a return or exchange within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Any request made after this 15-day window will not be eligible for return or refund, unless the item is defective (see Section 3).

Condition of Items

Products must be returned in their original condition—unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all original packaging, accessories, and printed materials (e.g., protective sleeves, barcode stickers) intact.

Returns showing signs of wear, scratches, or misuse will be subject to a restocking fee (see Section 7).

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-Printed or Personalized PVC Cards (e.g., cards with your own logo, photo, serial numbers) are non-returnable, unless there is a manufacturing defect, printing error, or otherwise incorrect item shipped.

Gift Cards, Pre-paid Card Bundles, and Consumables (e.g., lamination kits, vinyl overlays) cannot be returned for refund or exchange, unless faulty on arrival.

Proof of Purchase

To initiate a return, you must provide a valid order number (e.g., “ORD-123456”) and a copy of your original Invoice or Order Confirmation e-mail. Returns without proof of purchase will be declined.

3. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
Inspection upon Receipt

Always inspect shipment immediately upon delivery. If you notice any defects—such as scratches on the card surface, misprints, color mismatches, or shipping damage—please document with clear photographs and notify us (see Section 4) within 7 days of delivery.

Resolution Options

Reprint & Replacement: If the issue is due to a printing error or manufacturing defect, we will produce and ship a replacement PVC card free of charge.

Refund: If a suitable replacement is not possible (e.g., discontinued design) or you prefer to cancel, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.

Shipping Fees: We will cover all return shipping fees for defective or incorrectly shipped items. Use the prepaid shipping label provided (see Section 4.3).

Exclusions

Normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, exposure to extreme heat/cold, bending or cutting of the card by the customer, or damage from improper storage are not considered manufacturing defects. Such cases are not eligible under this section.

4. How to Initiate a Return, Exchange, or Refund
Submit a Return Request

E-mail our Support Team at support@[yourdomain].com with:

Your order number (e.g., “ORD-123456”)

A clear description of the issue (“wrong design printed,” “surface scratched,” “delivered late,” etc.)

Photographs showing the defect or damage (if applicable)

Desired resolution: Reprint / Replacement / Refund

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Once we receive and review your request, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions via email, typically within 2 business days.

Do not ship any item back until you receive an RMA. Returns shipped without an RMA will incur processing delays and may be refused.

Shipping the Returned Product

For defective or incorrect items: We will e-mail a prepaid shipping label within 2 business days of approving your RMA. Affix this label to the original packaging and drop off at the designated carrier location.

For change-of-mind returns (eligible under Section 2): You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid disputes over delivery.

Packaging: To prevent further damage during transit, securely pack the cards in a rigid mailer or small box, using bubble wrap or packing paper as needed. We reserve the right to refuse or charge restocking fees if items arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging.

Inspection & Processing

Once we receive the returned item, our Quality Control (QC) team will inspect it to verify eligibility (see Sections 2 & 3).

Please allow 3–5 business days for inspection. You will receive an email notification when QC is complete and your refund or replacement is approved.

5. Refunds
Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 5–7 business days of final approval.

If your original payment method is no longer valid (expired card, closed PayPal account), we will contact you to arrange an alternative refund method (e.g., store credit).

Refund Amounts

Defective/Incorrect Items: Full product cost + any taxes/fees paid. Shipping fees paid by you for the original shipment will be refunded.

Change-of-Mind Returns: Refund applies only to the product cost and applicable taxes.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (Section 3).

A 5% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund if the returned items show signs of wear or are returned incomplete (missing accessories, packaging, etc.).

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before production (i.e., before printing of custom cards begins), please notify us immediately.

Cancellations confirmed prior to production will receive a 100% refund (including any shipping costs that may have been charged).

Once production has started (you will receive a “Printing in Progress” notification), cancellations are not accepted. In that case, you may request a “change-of-mind” return after delivery (see Section 2), subject to the conditions above.

6. Exchanges
Standard Exchanges (Size/Quantity Changes)

If you simply need a different quantity (e.g., you ordered 100 cards but need 200), contact us within the 15-day return window. We will treat this as a new order:

You return the original items (at your cost) per Section 4.

We process a refund for returned items (Section 5) once inspected.

You place a new order for the correct quantity.

We do not hold inventory; exchanges are processed as separate refund & re-order transactions.

Style or Design Exchanges

If the delivered design/style differs from what you ordered (e.g., wrong template, missing logo), we will reprint at no extra charge and ship the correct design. You do not need to pay for return shipping in this scenario.

7. Restocking Fees & Deductions
Restocking Fee (5%)

Applies to change-of-mind returns when:

Items are returned opened (e.g., protective sleeve removed)

Packaging is dented, torn, or incomplete

Accessories (e.g., protective sleeves, barcode labels) are missing

We calculate the restocking fee based on the original product subtotal (excluding shipping/taxes).

Inspection Fee

In rare cases where QC cannot verify item condition (e.g., customer photo evidence inconclusive), we reserve the right to charge a nominal inspection fee of up to INR 200 per order. You will be notified in advance if this fee is applicable.

8. Shipping & Handling
Domestic Shipping

Standard orders are shipped via a reputable courier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, Blue Dart) within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation (custom printing orders: 5–7 business days).

Tracking information will be e-mailed once the shipment is handed over to the courier.

International Shipping

Available to select countries. Shipping times vary by destination (typically 7–14 business days).

Import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking local regulations before ordering.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight (bulk orders) or flat rate for typical card quantities (e.g., up to 500 cards).

Expedited shipping and insurance options are available at an additional cost. Contact Support for quotes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier marks the shipment as “Delivered” at the address provided, liability transfers to you.

If you believe your package is lost or stolen, contact us within 14 days of the carrier’s delivery date. We will assist you in filing a claim, but replacements or refunds cannot be issued until the carrier’s investigation is complete.

9. Warranty & Quality Assurance
Material & Print Quality

All PVC cards are manufactured to meet industry standards for durability, colorfastness, and edge integrity.

We guarantee that cards will be free from cracking, delamination, or significant color fading for one year under normal use.

Lifetime Support

If you experience issues with card readers not recognizing our cards (e.g., chip or magnetic stripe issues), we will troubleshoot remotely. If the problem is manufacturing-related, we will replace the affected cards at no charge.
