SHIPPING POLICY – E CARD SERVICE (ecardservice.in)

Orders placed on E Card Service are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post (Speed Post).

Orders are typically dispatched and delivered within 5 working days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment, or as per the delivery timeline agreed at the time of order placement, subject to courier company or postal authority norms.

E Card Service shall not be responsible for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company, postal department, or circumstances beyond our control.

All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is accurate and complete.

Delivery confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of registration or order placement.

Any shipping charges levied by E Card Service or the courier partner are non-refundable.


RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

E Card Service follows a no return, no exchange policy for all orders.

However, refunds will be processed only in the following cases:

  • If the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

To request a refund, the customer must inform us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect product.

Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the customer’s original payment method within 15 business days.

Refunds will not be provided in cases where:

  • The customer provided incorrect details or documents, or

  • The product was damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
