3. SERVICES PROVIDED BY E CARD SERVICE

E Card Service provides PVC card printing services based on user-provided PDF documents.

You agree that:

  • You are the rightful owner of the document you upload, or

  • You have lawful permission to use the document.

We are not responsible for verifying the authenticity of documents provided by users.

4. USE OF USER DOCUMENTS (IMPORTANT CLAUSE)

User-provided PDF documents are used solely for PVC card printing purposes and are not shared, sold, or transferred to any third party, except where required by law or government order.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

  • All payments must be made through the payment methods available on our Platform.

  • Payment once completed is generally non-refundable, except in cases where we fail to deliver the service due to technical issues or our fault.

  • We do not store your full card details or banking passwords.

6. DELIVERY AND SERVICE COMPLETION

  • Delivery timelines mentioned on the Platform are estimates and may vary due to technical or logistical reasons.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, government restrictions, or force majeure events.

7. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree that you will not:

  • Upload illegal, fake, or forged documents

  • Use our services for fraudulent activities

  • Violate any Indian law while using our Platform

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our website

If you do so, we reserve the right to terminate your account and refuse services.

8. DATA PRIVACY

Your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please read it carefully.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • E Card Service is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform.
